The REFLECT study wants to understand "flares" in a long-term back condition called axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA). Flares are when symptoms suddenly get much worse. We'll use a digital diary to track symptoms, lifestyle, and how flares affect people's lives to help find better ways to manage them.
