A PHASE I/II STUDY TO INVESTIGATE THE SAFETY AND FEASIBILITY OF POINT-OF-CARE HUMAN-CD19 TARGETING CAR T-CELLS IN PAEDIATRIC AND YOUNG ADULT PATIENTS WITH RELAPSED OR REFRACTORY B-CELL MALIGNANCIES (PACMAN)

This study is testing a new cell therapy called MB-huCART19.1 for children and young adults with certain types of blood cancers that have come back or not responded to other treatments. It focuses on how safe the treatment is and if it can be given easily at hospitals.
