Performance of the SPIRION Laryngeal Pacemaker in BVFP Patients Without Glottal Enlargement

This study is testing a new device called the SPIRION Laryngeal Pacemaker for people with noisy breathing due to paralysed vocal cords. It aims to see if the device is safe and helps patients breathe more easily. Participants will have the device implanted and be followed for two years.
