PRODIGE 76-IMMUNOBILADJ: Capecitabine plus durvalumab or capecitabine alone as adjuvant therapy in patients with resected biliary tract carcinoma. A non-comparative randomized phase II study
This study looks at treating bile duct cancer after surgery. Patients will receive either standard chemotherapy (capecitabine) or a combination of chemotherapy and a newer immune-boosting drug (durvalumab, also known as Imfinzi). The main goal is to see if the new combination helps people stay cancer-free for longer.
