Spinal Palliation in Irradiation for Neoplastic Analgesia and Life Quality
This study looks at how we can treat pain caused by cancer spreading to bones in the spine. We're testing if giving a smaller amount of radiation, by avoiding healthy areas, works just as well to relieve pain at 30 days and has fewer side effects.

MetAddon: Methadone as co-analgesic for patients with metastatic bone pain: a double-blind randomized controlled trial
This study is looking at how well a medicine called methadone works alongside usual pain relief for people with cancer pain that has spread to their bones. It compares methadone with morphine to see which is better at reducing pain.
