Radiotherapy Omission in Low Risk Ductal in Situ Carcinoma Breast
This study looks at whether some women with a very early form of breast cancer, called DCIS, might not need radiotherapy after surgery. We're trying to find safe ways to avoid extra treatments for those who don't need them, using new biological tests alongside usual checks.

Long-term Outcomes of Lidocaine Infusions for Post-Operative Pain (LOLIPOP) Trial
The LOLIPOP trial is studying a common pain medication called lidocaine, given into a vein during and after breast cancer surgery. We want to see if it helps reduce long-term pain and is safe for patients.
