Twin A Breech External Cephalic Version Intervention Trial (TWEXIT)
This study looks at a procedure called External Cephalic Version (ECV) for twin pregnancies where the first baby (Twin A) is in a bottom-down (breech) position. We want to see how often ECV works and if there are specific things we can see on ultrasound that make it more likely to succeed.

This study looks at how doctors decide on the best way to deliver babies who are in a 'breech' position (feet first). It also explores what expectant mothers in the Grand Est region of France think about these choices, especially after new guidelines were released.
