Intratumoral Gemcitabine, Paclitaxel, Carboplatine and Intravenous Nivolumab for Locally Recurrence of Head and Neck Cancers

This study looks at a new way to treat head and neck cancer that has come back after other treatments. It combines injecting medicines directly into the tumor with an existing immunotherapy treatment (Nivolumab) to see if this combination works better.
