Cardiac Sarcoidosis Randomized Trial
This study compares two treatments for Cardiac Sarcoidosis: a standard dose of Prednisone (a steroid) versus a lower dose of Prednisone combined with Methotrexate. The aim is to find out if the combination treatment is just as effective but causes fewer side effects and improves quality of life.

Phase II study to assess in vivo imaging of MMR-expressing macrophages in cardiac sarcoidosis using 68Ga-NOTA-Anti-MMR-VHH2 Positron Emission Tomography (PET).
This study uses a special scan to see if a new tracer can find active heart sarcoidosis. It helps doctors understand if this scan can pinpoint areas of inflammation and how it compares to other tests, aiming for better diagnosis and treatment watching.

Cardiomyopathies and Heart Muscle Diseases: Cardiac Imaging in the Evaluation of Myocardial Fibrosis Transition
This study is looking at heart scarring, called fibrosis, in different heart muscle conditions. We're using a special scan with a new dye to better understand this scarring and how it changes over time. The aim is to find new ways to diagnose and treat these heart problems.

Mayo AVC Registry and Biobank
This study aims to better understand a heart condition called Arrhythmogenic Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (AVC) that can lead to sudden cardiac arrest. Researchers hope to find new genetic causes and ways to predict the disease, helping to save lives in affected families.

Diagnostic Criteria in Cardiac Sarcoidosis
This study aims to make sure we're using the best and most accurate ways to diagnose a rare heart condition called cardiac sarcoidosis. Doctors are looking at different tests to see how well they predict who will benefit most from treatment.

Evaluation of the Prognostic Value of PET/MRI in Cardiac Sarcoidosis
This study looks at how a special scan called PET/MRI can help doctors understand and manage a heart condition called cardiac sarcoidosis. It aims to see if this scan can better predict how the disease might progress, guiding treatment for patients with this condition.

Accuracy for Imaging Cardiac Sarcoidosis with 68Ga-Pentixafor Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT): ASPECT study
This study looks at a new scan called 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT to help doctors find and understand a heart condition called cardiac sarcoidosis more clearly. It compares it to a more common scan.
