This study is looking at patients with kidney disease heart problems. It aims to understand why heart issues are common in people with kidney conditions and how best to treat them. We hope to improve care for these patients.

This study looks at how a heart valve treatment for a leaky tricuspid valve might help older adults. We're checking if it improves kidney health, reduces swelling, and makes daily activities easier, aiming to boost overall well-being.
