Liquid Biopsies for Detecting Somatic Mutations in Sporadic Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformations.

This study looks for tiny gene changes in abnormal brain blood vessels (cAVMs) using a simple blood test during an operation. These changes can cause cAVMs to grow. Finding them could lead to new, gentler ways to treat these conditions, avoiding risky surgery for some people.
