Clinical Trial for Patients With a Stage IV Childhood Renal Tumor, Comparing Upfront Vincristine, Actinomycin-D and Doxorubicin (Standard Arm) With Upfront Vincristine, Carboplatin and Etoposide (Experimental Arm)

This study compares two treatments for a kidney cancer called Wilms tumor in children whose cancer has spread. It aims to find out if a new treatment (VCE) works as well as the standard one (VAD) with fewer side effects for these children.
