Non-invasive Ventilation or CPAP in OSA-COPD Following Admission for an Acute Hypercapnic Respiratory Failure
This study looks at the best way to treat sleep apnoea in people with COPD who've had a serious flare-up. We compare two breathing machines, NIV and CPAP, to see which works better to keep people well after leaving hospital.
