TinnSpire: Personalised vagus nerve & sound stimulation for the treatment of tinnitus
This study is testing a new treatment called TinnSpire for long-lasting tinnitus. It combines gentle electrical ear stimulation, sound therapy, and breathing exercises. We want to see if it's safe and helpful for people with ringing or buzzing in their ears.

Daily Bitemporal Low-frequency Transcranial Random Noise Stimulation in Tinnitus (tRNS2-tin)
This study looks at a new way to treat ongoing ringing in the ears (tinnitus). It uses gentle electrical pulses on the head for two weeks to see if it can calm down the overactive brain areas linked to tinnitus. It's for people aged 18-70.
