A Clinical Trial of Extended (High) Treatment Dose Antibiotics in Combination With Methenamine Hippurate Compared to the Standard of Care (Either Prophylactic (Low) Dose Antibiotic Treatment or Methenamine Hippurate) in Females With Chronic Urinary Tract Infection
This study looks at new ways to treat ongoing bladder infections (chronic UTIs) in women. It compares stronger antibiotics with a urine antiseptic to standard treatments to see if they reduce infection and symptoms better.

This study looks at new ways to treat ongoing bladder infections (chronic UTIs). We're testing if a stronger, longer course of antibiotics combined with a special medicine called methenamine hippurate works better than usual treatments. The goal is to improve symptoms for people with chronic UTIs.
