A Phase 3 Study to Evaluate the Effect of Resmetirom on Clinical Outcomes in Patients With Well-compensated NASH Cirrhosis (MAESTRO-NASH-OUTCOMES)
This study is looking at a new medicine called resmetirom for people with a type of liver scarring called NASH cirrhosis. It aims to see if the medicine can prevent serious liver problems or death over about three years, compared to a dummy pill.
