Prospective National Cohort Evaluating Predictive Biomarkers of Resistance to Immunotherapy in Patients With MSI/dMMR Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (CORESIM)
This study looks for reasons why immunotherapy might not work for some people with advanced bowel cancer. It aims to find clues in tumour samples to help doctors choose the best treatment for each patient, so more people can benefit from life-saving medicines.
