Using Mentalization Based Therapy to Support Children and Adolescents Referred to Specialist Mental Health Services in the NHS for Aggressive and/or Violent Behaviour
This study looks at a new type of support called mentalisation-based therapy (MBT) for young people aged 10-17 in NHS mental health services who show aggressive or violent behaviour. It aims to see if MBT, which helps young people understand their feelings and actions, works better than usual care.
