A Randomized, Blinded, Placebo Controlled, Phase 2a Proof-of-Concept Study to Evaluate Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of GS-5718 in Participants with Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (CLE)
This study is testing a new tablet, GS-5718, for people with a skin condition called Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (CLE). We want to see if the drug helps reduce skin problems caused by CLE and if it's safe to use.

This study is testing a new medicine, VENT-03, for adults with a skin condition called cutaneous lupus (CLE), who may also have systemic lupus (SLE). Researchers want to see if VENT-03 helps reduce symptoms and if it's safe.
