This study is looking into a new medicine called Daxdilimab for adults with dermatomyositis or anti-synthetase inflammatory myositis. It's in an early stage (Phase 2), checking if the medicine is safe and if it helps improve symptoms compared to a dummy treatment, over 24 weeks.
