FIDES: Focused Ultrasound-mediated Blood-Brain Barrier Opening In Pontine Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG) to Enhance Systemic Therapy with Temozolomide – an exploratory pilot and feasibility trial
This study looks into a new way to treat a type of brain tumour called Diffuse Midline Glioma. It uses sound waves to help a common cancer medicine, Temozolomide, reach the tumour better. This is a first step to see if it's safe and how well it works.

Biological Medicine for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) Eradication 2.0
This study is testing new medicines for a type of brain tumour called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) and similar tumours (Diffuse Midline Gliomas in children and young people over 6 months old). It compares two drugs, Everolimus and ONC201, to see which works best.
