SGM-T1: SGM-101 tumor targeted fluorescence endoscopy in rectal polyps with suspected T1 adenocarcinoma or high grade dysplasia

This study tests a glowing dye called SGM-101. Doctors want to see if it helps them spot early bowel cancer or severe abnormal cells in rectal polyps. The dye makes cancer cells light up under a special camera, helping doctors see the growth clearly and remove it completely.
