A Study to Assess The Safety and Tolerability of Pumitamig-Based Therapy Administered Before Surgery in Participants With Early-Stage Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (ROSETTA Lung-220)

This study is for people with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed by surgery. It's looking at how safe a new treatment called Pumitamig is when given before surgery, often with standard chemotherapy, and whether it makes surgery easier.
