SAFE study: Stopping Antibiotics after 3 days for the treatment of FEbrile Neutropenia in Haematology patients, a randomized open-label non-inferiority trial
This study looks at treating a fever and low white blood cell count in cancer patients called febrile neutropenia. It compares giving antibiotics for a short time versus longer, checking if the shorter treatment is just as safe and effective.

Short Antibiotic Treatment in High Risk Febrile Neutropenia
This study looks at treating fevers in cancer patients with low white blood cells (febrile neutropenia). We're testing if stopping antibiotics sooner is as safe as longer treatment, to help fight antibiotic resistance and other issues from overuse. It's for adult cancer patients currently on chemotherapy.
