A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Effect of AVB-101, a Gene Therapy Product, in Subjects With a Genetic Sub-type of Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD-GRN)
This study is testing an experimental gene therapy, AVB-101, for a specific type of Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD-GRN). It aims to see if AVB-101 is safe and can help improve levels of a certain protein in the brain for people aged 30-75.

A Study of PBFT02 in Participants With FTD and Mutations in the Granulin Precursor (GRN) or C9ORF72 Genes
