A Study of Zanidatamab in Combination With Chemotherapy Plus or Minus Tislelizumab in Patients With HER2-positive Advanced or Metastatic Gastric and Esophageal Cancers
This study looks at a new drug, zanidatamab, combined with chemotherapy, and sometimes another drug called tislelizumab. It aims to see if this treatment works better and is safer than standard chemotherapy for advanced stomach and gullet cancers that have HER2.
