This study looks at how the body's defence system, called the immune system, reacts to stomach and food pipe cancer before and after treatment. We want to understand this better by studying samples from patients undergoing standard care.

A Study to Evaluate Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) in Advanced/Metastatic Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma (MK-2870-015)
This study looks at a new medicine, sacituzumab tirumotecan, for advanced stomach or oesophagus cancer. It compares this new medicine to standard treatments to see if it's safer and works better for patients who have already had other treatments.
