Substudy 06C: A Study of Investigational Agents With Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and Chemotherapy in Participants With First-Line Locally Advanced Unresectable/Metastatic Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma (MK-3475-06C/KEYMAKER-U06)
This study looks at new drug combinations with a medicine called pembrolizumab and chemotherapy for advanced stomach or oesophageal cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It's in early stages (Phase 1/2) and aims to find safe doses and see how well the treatments work.

This study looks at new treatments for advanced stomach or gullet cancer that has already been treated once. It compares different drug combinations to see how safe and effective they are for patients whose cancer has come back or spread.

This study is testing a new cell therapy for certain cancers that have a specific protein. It aims to see if it's safe and how well people tolerate it. The therapy uses your own modified cells to fight the cancer. Some participants will also receive a small amount of radiation.
