This study compares two chemotherapy treatments for germ cell tumours that have returned or didn't respond to previous treatment. It looks at a standard chemotherapy plan versus a stronger plan with a stem cell transplant to see which works better.

A Study of Lower Radiotherapy Dose to Treat Children With CNS Germinoma
This study looks at treating children and young adults with a type of brain tumour called germinoma. Researchers want to see if using a lower dose of radiation therapy after chemotherapy can work just as well, but with fewer long-term side effects.
