AZ-3102: Protocol AZA-001-31-02: An open-label, single-dose phase 1 study to evaluate the Absorption, Metabolism, and Excretion of [14C]-AZ-3102 in Healthy Male Subjects
This early-stage study is looking at a new medicine called AZ-3102. It's for a group of conditions called glycosphingolipid lysosomal storage disorders. We want to see how the body takes in, breaks down, and gets rid of this medicine in healthy men.

A PHASE I, OPEN-LABEL, RANDOMIZED, ADAPTIVE, CROSS-OVER STUDY TO DETERMINE THE RELATIVE BIOAVAILABILITY OF NIZUBAGLUSTAT CAPSULES COMPARED TO ORALLY DISPERSIBLE TABLETS AND THE FOOD EFFECT IN HEALTHY VOLUNTEERS
This study is looking at how well a new medicine, nizubaglustat, is absorbed by the body. It compares two forms: capsules and tablets that dissolve in your mouth. We also check if food changes how the medicine works in healthy volunteers.
