Durvalumab/Tremelimumab in Neoadjuvant and Adjuvant Setting in Patients With HCC Treated by by Percutaneous Ablation Procedure
This study is testing a new way to treat liver cancer (HCC) using two medications, Durvalumab and Tremelimumab, before and after a procedure to remove the cancer. We want to see if this combination is safe and effective for people with early-stage HCC.

Fecal Microbiota Transfer in Liver Cancer to Overcome Resistance to Atezolizumab/Bevacizumab (FLORA)
This study looks at combining a treatment called faecal microbiota transplant (FMT) with standard immunotherapy (Atezolizumab/Bevacizumab) for advanced liver cancer. We want to see if FMT can help the immunotherapy work better and if it's safe.
