ARETHA: cARdiomems vEriciguaT Heart fAilure (A double-blind randomized placebo-controlled trial of vericiguat in heart failure patients with CardioMEMS™ HF System)
This study, called ARETHA, is looking at a new treatment called Verquvo for people with heart failure. It wants to see if Verquvo can lower pressure in the lungs more than a dummy pill (placebo) for patients who have a special heart monitoring device called CardioMEMS.

Endovascular Ablation of the Right Greater Splanchnic Nerve in Subjects With Reduced Ejection Fraction
This early study looks at a new procedure for heart failure with reduced pumping ability (HFrEF). It tests if a treatment on a nerve in the chest is safe and might help. Around 50 people will take part to see if it shows early signs of benefit.
