This study compares two ways to treat piles (haemorrhoids): a newer method using radiofrequency energy (Rafaelo technique) and a well-known method called arterial ligation with Doppler. It aims to see which is more effective, safer, and helps people get back to normal life quicker, especially for those whose piles haven't improved with other treatments.
