Safety and Antiviral Activity of a Monoclonal Hepatitis B Antibody: a Phase 1b, Open-label Trial in Individuals With Chronic Hepatitis D Infection
This study is testing a new antibody, HepB mAb19, for people with chronic hepatitis D (HDV). HDV needs hepatitis B (HBV) to survive. Researchers hope this antibody, by reducing HBV, will also help treat HDV. It's a small, early-stage study to check safety and how well it works.
