Durvalumab and Tremelimumab in Combination With Propranolol and Chemotherapy for Treatment of Advanced Hepatopancreabiliary Tumors (BLOCKED)
This study looks at combining special medicines called immunotherapy with propranolol, and sometimes chemotherapy, for advanced pancreatic, liver, or bile duct cancers. It aims to see how safe and effective this new treatment approach is for patients.
