Investigating Idetrexed and Olaparib in Patients With Ovarian Cancer
This study looks at combining two drugs, Idetrexed and olaparib, to treat a type of ovarian cancer (high-grade serous) that hasn't responded to usual treatments. The goal is to see if this combination can target cancer cells more effectively.

An open label, phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, feasibility and immunogenicity of an allogeneic, cell-based vaccine (VIDIDENCEL) in high grade serous ovarian cancer patients after primary treatment (ALISON)
This study is testing a new cell-based vaccine called VIDIDENCEL for women with an aggressive type of ovarian cancer. It's the very first time this vaccine is being given to people. Researchers want to see if it's safe, how well the body reacts to it, and if it could help stop the cancer from coming back.

"Re-Stimulated" TILs and IL-2 Therapy for Platinum Resistant Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer
This study is for women with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer that has come back and isn’t responding to standard chemotherapy. It’s testing a new approach using special immune cells from your own body, called TILs, along with other treatments to see if they can fight the cancer.
