This study looks at whether a natural product called Silymarin can help protect the liver of breast cancer patients taking a medicine called Ribociclib. It aims to see if Silymarin can reduce liver side effects, comparing it to what we know from past studies.

C4391025_AN INTERVENTIONAL, OPEN-LABEL, RANDOMIZED, MULTICENTER, PHASE 2 STUDY OF PF-07220060 PLUS LETROZOLE COMPARED TO LETROZOLE ALONE IN POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN 18 YEARS OR OLDER WITH HORMONE RECEPTOR-POSITIVE, HER2-NEGATIVE BREAST CANCER IN THE NEOADJUVANT SETTING
This study is looking at a new medicine (PF-07220060) combined with a standard breast cancer drug (Letrozole). It's for women after menopause with a specific type of breast cancer, to see if the combination helps shrink the cancer before surgery. We want to know how well it works and if it's safe.
