A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Parallel-group Study of Carbetocin Nasal Spray for the Treatment of Hyperphagia in Prader-Willi Syndrome
This study is testing a nasal spray called Carbetocin to see if it can help adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome manage their constant hunger, known as hyperphagia. We want to find out if it makes a noticeable difference compared to a dummy spray over 12 weeks.

A Long-term, Open-label Extension Study of Carbetocin Nasal Spray for the Treatment of Hyperphagia in Prader-Willi Syndrome
This study looks at a long-term nasal spray called Carbetocin for adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome. It aims to see if the spray helps manage their constant hunger (hyperphagia) safely over time. It will check for side effects and how much it improves daily life.
