This study aims to better understand hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), a heart condition, by collecting health information, genetic samples, and heart scans from people with HCM or those at risk. The goal is to improve diagnosis, predict who might get sick, and find better treatments.

Electromechanically Optimised Right Ventricular Pacing In Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (EMORI-HCM)
This study looks at how adjusting pacemakers, particularly in people with thickened heart muscle (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), can help the heart pump more easily. We’re studying if changing pacemaker settings can reduce symptoms like breathlessness and chest pain, and improve quality of life.
