This study is testing a new medicine, Solriamfetol, for people with Idiopathic Hypersomnia. It compares the medicine to a dummy pill (placebo) to see if it helps people feel less sleepy and if it's safe to use. Half the people will get the medicine, and half will get the dummy pill.
