Effects of Exercise Timing on Sleep Quality

This study looks at how exercising in the morning versus late afternoon affects sleep for people who are very active and those who aren't. We'll check deep sleep, how long it takes to fall asleep, and body temperature to see if exercise timing makes a difference.
