This study is testing a new nose spray medicine called CR9114 for flu. Healthy adults will get a mild flu virus and then either the medicine or a dummy spray to see if it makes them less sick and how safe it is.

Study to Learn How Safe EV25 is and the Amount of EV25 in the Body Over a Period of Time, When Taken [CCI] as a Dry Powder via the Nose by Adult Healthy People
This study is looking at a new dry powder medicine called EV25, which is taken through the nose. It aims to find out how safe EV25 is and how much of it stays in the body over time. This research is for healthy adults and is an early step in developing treatments for the flu.
