This study is looking at the best way for new anaesthetists to learn how to put a breathing tube down (intubation). They're comparing traditional direct methods with newer camera-guided video methods to see which helps them succeed more often on the first try.

Opioid-free Analgesia in Intensive Care Unit
This study looks at different ways to manage pain in critically ill patients who are on breathing machines. We're comparing a standard pain relief approach with a new one that combines several medications to see if it reduces the need for strong opioid painkillers like Remifentanil.
