Dysphagia After Transesophageal Echocardiography in Acute Stroke - Follow Up Trial
This study is looking into how a heart scan called a transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) might affect swallowing problems (dysphagia) in people who have recently had a stroke. It builds on previous research that suggested TEE could make swallowing difficulties worse.

Third Enhanced Control of Hypertension and Thrombectomy Stroke Domain Within ACT-GLOBAL Adaptive Platform Trial
This study looks at the best way to manage high blood pressure after a type of stroke treatment called EVT. We want to find out if lowering blood pressure a little, moderately, or a lot helps patients recover better and safely, reducing the risk of further problems.
