Renal Ex Vivo SYN002 Perfusion to Eliminate CMV Transmission
This study looks at treating donated kidneys with a special medicine called SYN002 before transplant. The aim is to remove a common virus (CMV) from the kidney, which can cause problems after transplant, making the transplant safer for the patient.

SISTAR: Stratifying Immunosuppression to Allogenic Risk. A randomized, open label, assessor blinded, controlled, non-inferiority, safety study of half- vs standard dose immunosuppression in kidney transplant recipients with a well-matched donor.
This study looks at whether lower doses of medicine to prevent kidney rejection are safe for people who have had a kidney transplant and have a very good match with their donor. It's hoped this could reduce side effects.
