A phase III, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicentre trial comparing efficacy and safety of trilaciclib versus placebo in participants with limited-stage small cell lung cancer
This study is testing a drug called trilaciclib for adults with limited-stage small cell lung cancer. Chemotherapy can damage bone marrow and lower white blood cells, raising infection risks. Researchers want to see if trilaciclib protects healthy blood cells and reduces side effects during standard cancer treatment.
