A Safety and Tolerability Trial Evaluating CTX310 in Participants With Refractory Dyslipidemias

This study looks at how different types of fat in your diet affect your liver and heart health. We want to see if eating more saturated fats versus unsaturated fats changes the fat in your liver and how your heart works, without you gaining or losing weight.
