J3L-MC-EZEB: A Phase 2, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of LY3819469 in Adults with Elevated Lipoprotein(a)
This study is looking into a new medication called LY3819469 for adults with high levels of 'sticky' cholesterol, called Lipoprotein(a) or Lp(a). It aims to see if the medicine works to lower Lp(a) and if it's safe to use. Half the participants will get the medicine, and half will get a dummy pill.

J2O-MC-EKBC: KRAKEN: A Phase 2, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Oral Once-Daily LY3473329 in Adults with Elevated Lipoprotein(a) at High Risk for Cardiovascular Events
This study is looking into a new medication for adults with high levels of 'bad' cholesterol (Lp(a)) who are at risk of heart problems. It compares the new drug to a dummy pill to see if it can lower Lp(a) and if it's safe to use.
