Durvalumab and Tremelimumab ± Platinum-Based Chemotherapy in Patients With Metastatic Squamous or Non-Squamous NSCLC
This study is looking at new drug combinations for metastatic lung cancer. It combines durvalumab and tremelimumab, which are treatments that help your body's immune system fight cancer, sometimes with standard chemotherapy. We want to see if these new combinations are more effective.

Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy for Oligo-Progressive Non Small Cell Lung Cancer
This study looks at a special type of radiation (SABR) for people with lung cancer that has spread a little. It compares SABR with standard treatments to see if it helps control the cancer for longer while continuing current medication.
