Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (XRT) and Immunotherapy for Oligometastatic Extracranial Melanoma
This study looks at combining targeted radiation therapy with usual immunotherapy for advanced melanoma. We want to see if giving both treatments together is better than immunotherapy alone for fighting the cancer and stopping it from spreading.

Different Doses of BI-1607 in Combination With Pembrolizumab and Ipilimumab, in Participants With Unresectable or Metastatic Melanoma
This study is testing a new drug, BI-1607, combined with two existing cancer drugs, pembrolizumab and ipilimumab, for advanced melanoma. Researchers want to see if this new combination is safe, effective, and helps patients whose cancer hasn't responded to other treatments.
